Road Block is the nom de plume of the host one of LA's most popular bike forums and discussion boards at Midnight Ridazz.

Ele Munjeli is a commuter cyclist and multimedia artist in Los Angeles. She started the Bikex database to address bicycle advocacy through driver prosecution. Bikex is the Numbers Argument for advocacy: the conviction that better inventory of incidents and accidents will serve to focus signage, bikeways, and prosecution to address the prevalent inhibitor of bicycle commuters, safety.
