Presenter bios: Lottie Cleveland is President of City Lites. City Lites is a grassroot organization located in South Los Angeles. Lottie Cleveland has served as President of City Lites for 4 years. I have worked along with the Founder of City Lites to achieve the dream of parents and their children riding together throughout South Los Angeles. It is City Lites dream to create a positive experience between parent and child in developing memories of cycling. Lottie Cleveland has worked within the South Los Angeles area as an advocate for change and empowerment of community for over 20 years.
