We have tables for non-profits, community bike shops, and other interested parties. Tables are free, though available by reservation on a first come, first-served basis. If you want to set up a table at the Bike Summit, let us know by emailing labikesummit [at] gmail.com - include the word "tabling" in the subject!

Some suggestions for / notes about tabling:
- If possible, plan to set up your table at 8:30am, so you can outreach while people arrive and register
- Tables will be outside in a courtyard (in case of rain, they'll be inside the cafeteria - and space will be more limited, so some groups may be asked to share tables)
- Don't leave valuables at unattended tables
