VOLUNTEER TODAY!
We need volunteers to get the word out before the summit. If you can, email your friends to encourage them to attend. Also hand out fliers at rides, events, bike shops, etc. in advance of the summit. If you want, you can print your own fliers or email us at labikesummit [at] gmail.com and our volunteer coordinator will arrange to get fliers to you.

VOLUNTEER THE DAY OF THE SUMMIT - MARCH 7th 2009!
We need volunteers to help with set-up, registration, lunch, bike parking, workshop minute-takers, and clean-up. There are 1-hour slots for volunteers throughout the day, feel free to sign-up for one or more. Please look over the times and responsibilities listed below and email us at labikesummit [at] gmail.com to let us know where and when you're interested in volunteering.


Set-up - 7:30am-8:30am
Lunch - 11:45am-1pm - about 10 people <-- Most Needed
Clean-up - 4pm-5pm - about 5 people

We also need volunteers to take minutes at workshops throughout the day. Email us (labikesummit [at] gmail.com) if you would like to take minutes at any of the workshops you are planning to attend.
